Marta Rey Gift Card

The Marta Rey Gift card allows you to choose a gift amount for services or products.

Appointments

It is a good rule to schedule any service in advance. However, do not hesitate to call that day or that week in the event an appointment is open due to a cancellation. Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment. If you are late for your service, it may be necessary to shorten or re-schedule your service.

Appointments can be made Monday – Friday from 9 a.m to 6:30 p.m. The last appointment of the day will be scheduled at 4:45 p.m.

Cancellation and Rescheduling instructions

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment on time, please call 24 hours in advance and we will be happy to reschedule you for the next available time. If notification of cancellation of an appointment is not received on time, a charge will be incurred.

Return Policy

Marta Rey is unable to accept any returns on cosmetics, but she will be happy to exchange any skin care product instead. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it within thirty days in its original packaging and with a copy of your receipt.

Return Check Policy

There is a $25.00 charge for any check issued to Marta Rey that is not honored.

What to Bring

If you are a recipient of a Gift Card, please bring the card with you and present it before your service. Contact lens wearers should bring a storage case for lenses, as lenses may need to be removed for facial treatments.

Jewelry and Valuables

Marta Rey will not be responsible for lost valuables, so jewelry of significant value should be left at home. Please be sure to remove all jewelry before your facial treatment. Please be sure to keep them in your purse.
