American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, personal checks drawn on a US bank or cash.

Marta Rey Gift Card

The Marta Rey Gift Certificate allows you to choose a gift amount starting at $50.00. The GC amount can be apply to any service of choice or recommendation.

Appointments

Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment. If you are late for your service, it may be necessary to shorten or re-schedule your service.

Marta is only accepting a limited number of new clients. Over the past few years, Marta Rey has experienced a steady increase in demand for her specialized services resulting in client wait times of a few weeks to a few months. With the most recent disruption of COVID-19, Marta can only accommodate existing clients.

If you are a prospective client interested in Marta's services, you may reach out to join a waiting list with the knowledge that it may take several weeks before an opening will occur.

Cancellation and Rescheduling instructions

PLEASE NOTE: Missed appointments and cancellations or adjustments made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a full service charge. If you do need to miss an appointment or reschedule, please contact Marta before this time. Due to Marta's high demand, please expect a delay in rescheduling services. Credit Card or other payment information will be required when booking initial appointments.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your skin care purchase for any reason, we will be happy to exchange it or issue you a refund. Please return all merchandise within 30 days in its original packaging.

Return Check Policy

There is a $25.00 charge for any check issued to Marta Rey that is not honored.

What to Bring

If you are a recipient of a Gift Certificate, please bring the it with you and present it before your service. Contact lens wearers should bring a storage case for lenses, as hard lenses may need to be removed for facial treatments.

Jewelry and Valuables

Marta Rey will not be responsible for lost valuables, so jewelry of significant value should be left at home. Please be sure to remove all jewelry before your facial treatment. Please be sure to keep them in your purse.
